Interior Designer and host Eric B. and his co-host Alexandra Hedison meet married couple James and Jodie who want to have their converted garage redesigned. James, being quite the pack rat, has had a hard time letting go of the items that are currently cluttering the room. Jodie, however, is determined to clean house, so they can start using that space as a real living area that reflects both of their tastes. Will Eric be able to influence James to let go of the old so he can let in the new?
